The key influencing factor of doctor-patient relationship: interest demand of patients

近年来,医疗纠纷和暴力事件频发,医患关系已成为社会关注的焦点。医患关系受众多因素影响,其中患者利益诉求是影响医患关系的关键因素,其他因素通过利益诉求间接影响医患关系。患者利益诉求可归为健康诉求、经济诉求、心理诉求和服务诉求等四类,这些诉求分别受社会因素、医方因素和患方因素影响。利益缺口增大导致不满和敌对情绪,引发医患矛盾和纠纷,甚至产生暴力伤医事件。

The medical dissension and violence have been happened frequently in recent years, the relationship between doctors and patients has became the focus of public concern. The doctor-patient relationship was affected by numerous factors, the interest demand of patients is the key factor influencing doctor-patient relationship, other factors affect doctor-patient relationship indirectly through the interest demand. Interest demands can be attributed to four categories： health demands, economic demands, psychological demands and service demands. These demands are governed by social factors, medical factors and patient factors. The enlargement of interest gap lead to resentment and hostility, and raise contradictions and disputes between doctors and patients, and even lead to incidents of violence against medical staffs.
