摘要 目的:建立反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定维生素C咀嚼片的含量.方法:采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调节pH至3.0)-甲醇(95∶5);流速为0.6 ml/min;波长为244 nm;柱温为30℃.结果:维生素C在2.098 ~ 62.94 μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(Y=52 182X-6 092.4,r=1.0000),辅料无干扰,回收率为97.5%,RSD为1.2%(n=9).结论:本方法操作简便、快捷,可为该制剂提供严格可控的质量标准. OBJECTIVE:To establish RP-HPLC method for determination of Vitamin C chewable tablet.METHODS:Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 chromatographic column was applied with mobile phase consisting of 0.02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (adjusted pH to 3.0 with phosphoric acid)-methanol(95 ∶ 5) at flow rate of 0.6 ml/min,with wavelength of 244 nm and column temperature of 30 ℃.RESULTS:The linear range of vitamin C was 2.098-62.94 μg/ml (Y =52 182X-6 092.4,r =1.000 0) which was free of interference of the excipients.The average recovery was 97.5% with RSD of 1.2% (n =9).CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple and rapid and it provides controllable quality standard for Vitamin C chewable tablet.
