住院患者抗菌药物使用强度分析与评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的:了解某三级医院的抗菌药物使用情况,为制订进一步的整治措施提供依据。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对某三级医院住院患者2013年1—6月各类抗菌药物的使用强度(AUD)进行统计与分析。结果:该院住院患者抗菌药物的AUD平均为53.08 DDDs/(100人·d);AUD最大的依次为第二代头孢菌素、第三代头孢菌素及硝基咪唑类;头孢唑林、头孢呋辛酯和头孢曲松居单品种抗菌药物AUD的前3位;AUD最大的科室依次为ICU、血液内科和普外科。结论:该院抗菌药物的AUD较高,抗菌药物使用仍存在不合理现象,医院管理部门应进一步加强对抗菌药物的监管,严格落实抗菌药物分级管理制度,以促进临床抗菌药物的合理使用。 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the antibiotic use in the inpatients from a tertiary hospital for references of making further rectification measures on rational use of antibiotics.METHODS:The antibiotic use density (AUD) in a tertiary hospital during Jan.-Jun.period of 2013 was analyzed statistically.RESULTS:The mean AUD value stood at 53.08 DDDs/100 persons per day,with second-generation cephalosporins,third-generation cephalosporins and nitroimidazoles topping the list in order in terms of AUD.The drugs ranked among the top three on AUD list were cefazolin,cefuroxime axetil and ceftriaxone.The departments with highest AUD in sequence were ICU,hematological department and general surgery department.CONCLUSIONS:The AUD in our hospital was high and the antibiotic use was irrational to some degree,thus it is important for hospital administrative departments to strengthen supervision and management on antibiotics,and strictly implement the hierarchical management system to promote clinical rational use of antibiotics.
