摘要
目的:了解焦作市第二人民医院存在的不合理用药情况,以期进一步降低药占比,促进合理用药。方法:随机抽取该院2011年1月至2013年8月的归档病历566份,对其医嘱用药的合理性进行统计、分析。结果:抽查的566份病历中,导致药占比偏高的不合理用药医嘱共计121份,占21.38%。结论:临床诊疗过程中仍需通过加强合理用药,降低药占比。
OBJECTIVE：To analyze the irrational use of drugs in Jiaozuo Municipal Second Peoples＇ Hospital so as to further reduce the drug cost ratio and promote rational use of drugs.METHODS：566 medical records archived from January 2011 to August 2013 were randomly selected in our hospital for statistical analysis regarding the rationality of use of drugs.RESULTS：Of the 900 medical records reviewed,121 （accounting for 21.38％） were manifesting as high ratio of drug cost.CONCLUSIONS：Rational use of drugs needs to be emphasized in clinical diagnosis and treatment so as to reduce the drug cost ratio.
