摘要
目的:了解广西自治区人民医院2012年门诊(不包括中药处方)不合理处方用药情况,分析不合理用药机制、危害,促进合理用药,提高我院的医疗服务水平。方法:随机抽取该院2012年门诊处方78 892张,分类统计不合理处方并加以分析。结果:合格处方77 956张,占所抽查总处方数的98.81%,不合理处方936张,占所抽查处方的1.19%。不合格处方中,书写不合理处方有212张,占不合理处方的22.65%;用药不合理处方有724张,占不合理处方的77.35%。结论:该院还需进一步加强处方规范化管理,医师、药师要加强学习、沟通,以促进临床用药更加合理、安全。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the irrational outpatient prescriptions （excluding the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine） in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People＇ s Hospital,analyze the mechanisms and hazard of the irrational use of drugs so as to promote rational use of rugs and improve the level of hospital medical service.METHODS：A total of 78 892 outpatient prescriptions randomly selected in our hospital during 2012 were analyzed statistically with regard to the irrational ones.RESULTS：77 956 prescriptions （98.81％） were qualified versus 936 （1.19 ％） unqualified.Of the unqualified ones,212 （22.65 ％） had irrational writing and 724 （77.35 ％） had irrational medication.CONCLUSIONS：It is important to further strengthen the standardized management on prescriptions,moreover,physicians and pharmacists should strengthen learning and communication to facilitate more rational and safer clinical medication.
