Outpatient Drug Consultation in a Psychiatric Hospital:Analysis of 856 Cases

目的:统计分析某精神专科医院门诊的药物咨询情况,以提高药物咨询服务质量。方法:采用回顾性方法,对该院856例门诊用药咨询,从患者药物咨询比例、患者和医护人员药物咨询内容方面进行统计、分析。结果:患者的药物咨询涉及的内容广泛,主要为用法用量(55.49%)、药品外观(15.3%)、药物适应证(7.59%);医护人员药物咨询内容主要集中在用法用量(47.22%)、不良反应(30.09%)和适应证(22.69%)。结论:开展门诊用药咨询有利于提高药师的专业水平,可保障精神专科医院患者用药的安全、合理。

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the outpatient drug consultation in a psychiatric hospital so as to improve the quality of drug consultation service.METHODS：The outpatient drug consultation records of 856 cases were analyzed retrospectively in respect of the proportion of patients＇ drug consultation,the contents of the consultation from patients and medical staff.RESULTS：The contents of the patients＇ drug consultation were extensive including usage and dosage of drugs （55.49％）,the appearance of drugs （15.3％） and the drug indications （7.59％）.The contents of drug consultation from medical staff were focused on usage and dosage of drugs （47.22％）,adverse drug reactions （30.09％） and the drug indications （22.69％）.CONCLUSIONS：The outpatient drug consultation may be conducive to the improvement of pharmacists＇ expertise as well as safe and effective medication in psychiatric patients.
