毛脉酸模体外抗菌及抗病毒作用的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究毛脉酸模体外抗菌抗病毒的活性.采用二倍稀释法,体外测试毛脉酸模不同提取方法下对常见几种细菌的最低抑制浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)采用CPE法进行体外抗病毒(流感甲型病毒HA)实验,按Reed-Muench法计算各提取部位的药物半数有毒质量浓度(TC50)、半数抑制浓度(IC50)和选择指数(SI).毛脉酸模水煎液和70%乙醇冷浸液均显示有明显的体外抑菌和杀菌活性.毛脉酸模水提物和75%乙醇提取物对流感甲型病毒的抑制较强,半数抑制量质量浓度分别为(IC50)6.2 mg/mL和<0.4 mg/mL,治疗指数(TI)分别为16和>16.毛脉酸模醇提液是抗菌抗病毒活性较高的活性部位,值得进一步开发利用. To explore the antibacterial and antiviral actions of Rumex gmelini the antibacterial activity in vitro of Rumex gmelini extracted in different ways against common several kinds of bacteria were tested by double -diluted method , and the minimum inhibition concentration ( MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration ( MBC) of them was detected .The antiviral activities of extracts on influenza virus was assessed by cytopathic effect ( CPE) method.The 50%toxic concentration ( TC50 ) , 50% inhibitory concentration ( IC50 ) and selective index ( SI) of the different extract and its two fractions were determined by Reed -Muench meth-od.Results indicated that water extract and 70% alcohol quenching liquid both had strong antibacterial and antiviral activities .Water extract and alcohol extract had stronger inhibition of influenza virus.Half inhibition of volume concentration (IC50) were 6.2 mg/mL and 〈0. 4 mg/mL.The antibacterial and antiviral activity of the alcohol extraction of Rumex gmelini is a high active fraction.It’s worth further development and utilization .
