摘要
从提高半导体冷藏箱制冷效率入手,通过对小型半导体蓄冷箱热端散热情况分析,建立了热端散热实验系统.分别对风冷散热、热管散热、热管与风冷组合散热三种散热方式进行了综合实验研究.分析其散热方式的特点及优势,研究在不同散热方式下冷藏箱制冷性能,找出使冷藏箱整体运行效率达到最优的散热方案,对今后半导体冷藏箱热端散热的进一步优化起到了重要的推动作用.
In order to improve the cooling efficiency of semiconductor storage box , the heat dissipation experimental system of the hot end was established via analysis of the heat dissi -pation situation .A comprehensive research was performed on three kinds of cooling methods including air cooling , heat pipe cooling , air-cooled combined heat pipe .The characteristics , advantages , cooling performance under different heat dissipation situation were analyzed re-spectively .The optimal cooling scheme found out .It played an important role in promoting heat dissipation optimization of hot end .
