基于不同理性供应商与制造商关系的博弈研究

摘要 市场环境的变化使得企业间的关系不能再局限于竞争和短期的利益交换,企业间的合作变得越来越重要.分别从个体理性、集体理性的角度对供应商和制造商的博弈关系进行研究,揭示了双方合作的动因,并提出了总体理性以平衡个体理性和集体理性.分析结果表明,在集体理性下,制造商和供应商的总利润可以实现最大化,对供货价格进行适当调整可以使得至少一方的利润优于个体理性的结果,这体现了集体理性的优势,也是供应链中供应商和制造商进行合作的动因. Changes of market environment result in the fact that relationships between corpora-tions go beyond competition and short -term interests’ exchanges and collaboration, instead, has been playing a more important role .This paper analyzed game action relationship between suppliers and manufacturers from the perspective of group and individual rationality .The results have revealed the motivation of bilateral collaboration and proposed “overall rationality” to bal-ance group rationality and individual rationality .Our analysis indicated that , based on group ra-tionality , the overall profits of supplier and manufacturer can reach maximum and that proper adjustments of supply price can make the profits of at lease on party higher than those based on individual rationality , which demonstrated the advantage of group rationality and serves as the motivation of collaboration of suppliers and manufacturers within supply chains .
