基于OPT的生产计划系统设计

Design of production planning system based on OPT

随着以消费者为主导的市场消费体系的形成,多品种、小批量的生产方式已成为主流,新的生产方式要求生产作业管理系统必须与之匹配,这是我国企业现代化改造面临的主要问题之一.MRPⅡ和JIT广泛被用于生产计划与控制,计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)为各种生产调度模型奠定了基础.但是,由于我国制造企业现存的问题,导致上述软件系统无法发挥其应有的作用.在分析MRPⅡ存在问题的基础上,提出了基于OPT(Optimized Production Technology)思想和技术的生产计划系统新模型,并对该生产系统的编制方法进行了探讨.

With the formation of consumption system of consumer driven market , many varie-ties and small batch production has become the mainstream of today ’ s mode of production , and the new mode of production requirements of production management system , which is one of the main problems in the enterprise modernization in our country .JIT and MRP Ⅱwidely used for production planning and control , and a variety of production scheduling mod-el and rules are put forward based on computer integrated manufacturing system （ CIMS ） . The existing problems of manufacturing enterprises in our country and existing software sys -tems can’t play a proper role.Based on the analysis of MRP Ⅱproblems, this paper pres-ented a new model of production planning system based on the OPT （ Optimized Production Technology ） , and discussed on the preparation method of the production system .
