摘要
《食品分析与检验》课程是我校食品科学与工程专业学生的必修课程,具有很强的实践性。文中,教师从培养学生的学习兴趣入手,通过优化实验教学内容、改进教学方法和手段、完善客观的学生成绩考核制度等方法,对食品分析实验改革进行了多方面的探索。
Food Analysis and Determination is a practical course, which is a specialized course of food science and engineering major. Commenced from the interest of students,we conduete a reform from the aspects of experimental teaching contents, teaching method and examining system to improve the quality of teaching in food analysis experiment. The reform makes a helpful attempt for improve the teaching system of Food Analysis
