中医药治疗干燥综合征的生活质量评价

Superficial Consideration About Quality of Life Idea in Assessing Traditional Chinese Medicine for the Treatment of Sjgren's Syndrome

随着医学模式的转变,生活质量的提高成为医患共同关注的焦点,但国内外目前仍缺乏对于干燥综合征(Sjogrens syndrome,SS)患者生活质量评估的统一标准,中医药在SS的治疗中有着明显改善患者生活质量、毒副作用小、综合调整免疫功能等优势,今后应发挥中医整体观的优势,将生活质量评估作为疗效评价的重要组成部分。

The improvement of Quality of Life（QOL）has become the common focus between medical professionals and patient patty along with the change of medical pattern.But at present there is no single standard in assessing the QOL of Sjogren＇s syndrome patients at home and abroad.Tra-ditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）has many advantages in treating Sjogren＇s syndrome patient,such as improving obviously patient＇s QOL,little toxic and side-effect,adjusting comprehensively immunologic function etc.We shall exert the advantage of TCM holism and put the evaluation of QOL an important role in assessing treatment efficiency.
