如意金黄散贴敷联合中药熏洗治疗痔术后水肿30例

Ruyi Golden Powder with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Treated Hemorrhoid Postoperative Edema for 30 Case

目的观察如意金黄散贴敷联合中药熏洗治疗痔术后水肿的临床疗效。方法将60例符合纳入标准的环状混合痔术后水肿的患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例,治疗组给予如意金黄散贴敷联合中药熏洗治疗;对照组给予中药熏洗治疗,观察比较两组临床疗效,结果经统计学分析,两组临床疗效有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论如意金黄散贴敷联合中药熏洗治疗痔术后水肿具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical curative efficacy of the Ruyi Golden Powder with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treated hem-orrhoid postoperative edema.Methods 60 cases included in the standard of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid postoperative edema,30 cases of patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in treatment group given Ruyi Golden Powder were applied with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy treatment;Control group given Chinese medicine fumigation treatment,compare two groups of clinical curative effect.Results The statistical analysis,two groups of clinical curative effect have significant difference,the treatment group is better than that of control group（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Ruyi golden powder were applied with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy treating hemorrhoid postoperative edema has better clinical curative effect.
