中医养生学是中医药的重要组成部分.现随着生活方式的改变,养生疗法在临床和日常生活中日趋显示出优势。通过养生学教学,培养学生自主学习及实际运用能力,学有所用,提高中医专业的中医养生学教学质量。
The science of health maintenance of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）is the important component of TCM.With the change of lifes-tyle,Health therapy in clinical and daily life has become increasingly showing advantage.By Teaching by health science,the cultivation of students＆#39;autonomous learning and application ability,learning,improve the teaching quality of traditional Chinese science of health medicine pro-fessional.
