住院病人外出不按时返院的原因分析及对策

The reasons and the countermeaures of in-patients' going outside but not returning on time

目的:分析住院病人外出的动机和不按时返院的原因,并提出相应对策。方法:采用访谈法调查32位住院病人外出不按时返院的原因。结果:住院病人外出不按时返院的原因主要有工作原因、家庭原因、认为外出不影响治疗、经济原因等。结论:应加强住院病人综合评估、发挥家属作用、加强病情宣教、严格执行请假制度、制定预案、安抚病人情绪、做好司法准备等。

Objective：To analyze the motives of going outside and the reason of not returning on time among in-patients. Methods：We investigated the motives of going outside and the reasons of not returning or late returning among 32 in-patients. Results：The reasons of not returning or late returning of in-patients could be classified to five reasons：work, family, not influencing treatment because of going outside, money, and the other reasons. Conclusion：The countermeasures could be concluded by prior evaluation of the in-patients, playing the role of the family members, the intense education of the state of an illness, carrying out strict leave system, establishing plan, appeasing the mood of the in-patients, and preparing for the law issues.
