Brief introduction of the development of Chinese ophthalmologic day surgery

日间手术作为一种快捷、安全的治疗模式越来越受到重视,在提高医疗资源的利用率、缩短平均住院日等方面发挥着积极的作用。眼科手术短、频、快的特点非常适合开展日间手术。在回顾性分析我国眼科日间手术发展的基础上,总结了眼科日间手术的就诊模式、管理模式和延伸服务的现状,以期为我国眼科日间手术的进一步发展提供借鉴和启示。

As a fast and safe therapeutic mode, day surgery has played a very important role in effectively arranging medical resources and reducing average in-hospital days. The characteristics of ophthalmologic operation are short, quick and frequent, which make it suitable for day surgery. In this article, we retrospectively analyzed the ophthalmologic operation day surgery, and summarized the out-patient mode, management mode and follow-up service for the development of ophthalmologic day surgery in China.
