颅骨修补术后脑血流与记忆功能变化的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨采用数字化三维塑形钛网在颅骨缺损修补治疗患者脑血流与记忆功能改变。方法回顾性分析2009年9月至2012年8月50例应用三维塑形钛网进行颅骨缺损修补患者的临床资料,对手术前及术后3个月相应修补区大脑皮层脑血流改变与记忆量表改变进行回顾性分析。结果颅骨修补术后相应区域皮质区CBF明显高于术前,记忆量表也有明显的改善。结论三维塑形钛网技术修复颅骨缺损可对患者的脑血流和记忆量表的改善起到积极的作用。 Objective To summarize the clinical value and features of digitalized three-dimensional shaping titanium mesh in the treatment of skull defect repair .Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with skull defect repaired using digital three-dimensional shaping titanium mesh from September 2009 to August 2012 were analyzed retrospectively .Results CBF corresponding regional cortex were significantly higher than preoperation , memory scale also has improved .Conclusion Using digital shaping titanium mesh to repair skull defects is simple , fast, saving operation time , fewer complications and shaping satisfied .
