摘要 目的 探讨情境体验式健康教育在高血压患者社区干预中应用的方法与效果.方法 社区符合纳入标准、自愿参与研究的高血压患者75例,2012年1~6月采用常规健康教育方法,2012年7~12月在常规健康教育过程中导入情境体验教学模式,比较采用情境体验式教学模式前后患者的相关知识知晓率、健康行为率、危险因素控制情况和治疗依从性.结果 开展体验式健康教育后患者高血压防治知识知晓率和健康行为率高于体验前(P<0.05),高血压危险因素控制情况优于体验前(P<0.05),对治疗的依从性高于体验前(P<0.01).结论 情境体验式健康教育能进一步加深患者对高血压防治知识的认识和领悟,主动改变不良生活习惯,自觉提高对治疗的依从性,能有效控制危险因素,提高身体健康素质. Objective To evaluate the effects of experiential learning in the health education for community- dwelling hypertension patients. Methods Seventy-five community-dwelling hypertension patients were recruited in this study. They received routine health education from January to June 2012. Experiential learning was applied in the health education irom July to December 2012. The patients' awareness rate of disease knowledge,healthy behaviors,the control of risk factors and compliance to treatment were compared before and after health education. Results After experiential learning,the patients' awareness rate of hypertension,healthy behaviors,the control of risk factors and compliance to treatment were improved significantly(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Health education with experiential learning can improve the patients' awareness and understanding of hypertension,promote them to change unhealthy life habits,enhance compliance to treatment and control risk factors initiatively.
