摘要 目的该文用质性研究法对参与过模拟教学的护理本科生进行深度访谈,以探索他们的学习体验,了解学生对模拟教学的整体看法、感受等。方法对参加过模拟课程至少一个学期的护理本科生进行半结构化访谈。访谈根据预定的访谈提纲进行,样本量的大小将基于主题的饱和情况而不事先决定。访谈过程被录音,并被逐字转录成文本内容。结果内容分析显示本研究存在4个主题:学生对模拟教学的看法;影响模拟教学的因素;现实与期望的差别;教师在模拟教学中的作用。结论应加强对模拟教学过程的研究,探索模拟教学如何影响学生技能的获取和知识的保留,如何促进评判性思维。 Objective To describe the perception and experience of simulation teaching among undergraduate nursing students. Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted on the undergraduate nursing students who participated in simulation-based course for at least a semester. The interview was recorded and transcribed immediately after the interview. Date were analyzed by using content analysis method. Results Four themes were extracted, including the perception of students about simulation teaching,the factors influencing simulation teaching,disparity between reality and expectation,the roles of teachers in simulation teaching. Conclusion Further studies should focus on the process of simulation teaching as well as strategies to create high-quality simulation course to improve students' critical thinking and promote knowledge obtain and retain.
