国有企业改革如果没有一个正确的理论作指导 ,成功的可能性就几乎没有。现在有很多关于国企改革的理论 ,但是不是都正确 ?都不是都适合中国国情 ?针对这个问题 ,作者提出自己的观点 ,求救于同行。

If there is no correct theory to guide,it will be hardly get the success of the state ownde enterprises' refom.Now there are alot of theory about the state ownde enterprises'refom,but are they all correct? Are they all suit for the situation of China? The author puts forward his point of view to these questions and wishes to get help from other experts.
