摘要
全国城镇公有住房实行货币化分配后 ,必须加强已售公房的物业管理。如何结合我国国情建立适应市场经济和住房制度改革需要的居民小区的物业管理模式 ,是目前房改应该尽快解决的问题。
It should be strengthen the property management of the sold publicly owned housing after carrying out the monetary distribution of publicly owned housing in towns and cities all over the country. In the residential building system reform, one of the important problems is to establish the property management of the residence zones in order to suit the needs of the market economy development and residential building system reform.
