蒲地蓝口服液配合缬沙坦治疗30例成人病毒性心肌炎患者的临床研究

Clinical study of Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid combined with valsartan in the treatment of 30 cases of viral myocarditis

目的病毒性心肌炎(VMC)传统治疗方法多为支持及清除自由基等,疗效欠佳如迁延不愈严重影响患者生活,甚至危及生命。探索一种有效治疗方案具有重要临床意义。方法在传统治疗方法上,利用蒲地蓝口服液联合缬沙坦开展抗病毒及降低自身免疫损伤的治疗。结果蒲地蓝口服液联合缬沙坦治疗VMC 14 d后有效率为93.3%明显优于对照组60.0%(P<0.01)。结论蒲地蓝口服液联合缬沙坦加以支持疗法对治疗VMC效果明显,具有良好的临床推广价值。

Objective Traditional treatment of viral myocarditis （VMC） is mainly support and scavenging of free radical, and its curative effect is deficient, eg, protracted course of disease will affects life quality of the patient seriously, and even endangers life. Therefore, it is of important clinical significance to explore an effective treatment scheme. Methods Based on the traditional treatment Methods, the treatment of antiviral and reducing autoimmune injury was developed through Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid combined with valsartan. Results After treated with Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid combined with valsartan for 14 days, effective rate of VMC （93.3%） was better than that of control group （60%） （P≤0.01）. Conclusion Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid combined with valsartan and supporting treatment has significant effect on VMC, and this treatment scheme deserves clinical expansion.
