韶关地区手足口病患儿的血清微量元素水平

Serum trace elements levels of children with hand foot mouth disease in Shaoguan area

目的分析手足口病患儿的血清微量元素水平的调查情况。方法选择来本院就诊的手足口病患儿250例患者作为观察组。另选250例健康儿童作为对照组。结果观察组手足口病患儿的锌、钙、铁数值低于对照组手足口病患儿的锌、钙、铁数值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论手足口病是韶关地区儿童常见疾病之一,其与血清微量元素水平有明显关系。

Objective To analyze investigation of serum trace elements levels of children with hand foot mouth disease. Method Selected 250 cases of hand foot and mouth disease as the observation group. Select 250 cases of healthier children as the control group. Results Numerical zinc, calcium, iron of children in the observation group less than in the control group, significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Foot and mouth disease and serum trace elements levels have significant relationship.
