Combined chinese and western medicine in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis

目的：观察中西药结合治疗周围性面瘫临床疗效。方法对1992~2013年收治的42例周围性面瘫病人分析总结。结果42例中治愈32例（占76.2%），显效6例（14.2%），有效2例（4.8%），无效2例（占4.8%）。总有效率95.2%。结论中西药治疗周围性面瘫疗效显著。值得临床推广应用的。

Objective To study clinical effect traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating peripheral facial paralysis . Methods 42 cases of peripheral facial paralysis patients were analyzed for 1992~2013. Results 32 cases were cured in 42 cases （76.2%）, 6 cases （14.2%）, effective in 2 cases （4.8%）, invalid 2 cases （4.8%）. The total efficiency of 95.2%. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Western medicine in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis were. It is worthy of clinical application.
