急诊快捷护理流程在颅脑损伤患者急救中的应用研究

Application of emergency quick nursing process for emergency patients with craniocerebral injury

目的探讨颅脑损伤患者的急救护理要点。方法选择在本院急诊接受治疗的颅脑损伤患者作为研究对象,分别采用常规护理流程及急诊快捷护理流程进行抢救护理。结果观察组患者护理满意度(96%)明显高于对照组(P<0.05);致残率(32.53%)、致死率(2.41%)均大幅低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急诊快捷护理流程能提高颅脑损伤患者的救治效果,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To explore the main points of emergency nursing in patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods Patients with craniocerebral injury treated in the emergency departmen of our hospital were Chosen, and were respectively used conventional nursing process and emergency quick nursing processes to save. Results Nursing satisfaction of observation group （96%）was significantly higher than that of the control group（P＆lt;0.05）.The morbidity and the fatality rate in the observation group was respectively 32.53%,2.41%,both were significantly lower than that in control group（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion The emergency quick nursing process can improve the treatment effect of patients with craniocerebral injury and have positive clinical significance.
