Enhance the Construction of Hospital Culture to Promote the Harmonious Development of the Hospital

目的:探讨医院文化建设在促进医院和谐发展中的作用。方法:回顾性总结近两年来我院文化建设的几个途径。结果:通过加强医院文化建设,职工的精神面貌焕然一新,医院的发展出呈现良好的发展态势,业务量明显上升,各项质量指标明显提升,近两年无重大医疗纠纷。结论:医院文化建设是现代医院发展的必然要求,对于调动职工的积极性及创造性、激发职工的主人翁责任意识、促进医患和谐、推动医院的建设和发展具有十分重要的意义。

Objectives： To study the role of hospital culture in promoting the harmonious development of the hospital. Methods： Retrospectively review the several approaches to construct culture of our hospital in the past two years. Results： By strengthening the construction of hospital culture, the staff refreshed their energy in good spirits, the hospital development witnessed sound momentum of development, the number of patients increased significantly, various quality indexes improved obviously, and there was no serious medical dispute. Conclusions： Hospital culture is an inevitable requirement of modern hospital development, which is extremely important to motivate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, inspire a sense of ownership responsibilities of employees, promote harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, and promote the construction and development of the hospital.
