摘要
针对目前全国三级医院总会计师制度建立进度缓慢的现状,为加强和改善医院经营管理,从多角度提出具体办法,促进医院总会计师制度的建立。
Regarding the existing problem of slow progress in the establishment of chief accountant system in the national top hospitals, this article puts forward some practical measures from multiple viewpoints, to promote the establishment of chief accountant system, in order to enforce and improve hospital management.
