摘要
超高层建筑的钢柱柱脚设计多采用二次灌浆工艺,由于钢柱的截面尺寸大,若灌浆材料选择不当、施工质量控制不到位,二次灌浆的柱基易出现空鼓、开裂,直接影响上部工程结构安全。结合广州东塔超高层工程超大截面钢柱柱脚灌浆施工经验,对灌浆材料、施工工艺和质量控制进行论述。实践证明,本工程超大截面钢柱柱脚灌浆施工质量得到了保证。
Second grouting technology is always used for steel column bases in super-high-rise buildings. Because of the large section, inappropriate grouting materials and substandard construction quality, the column with second grouting always hollowing or cracking to influence safety of upper ground structures. Based on grouting of steel column base with super-large section in Guangzhou East Tower, this paper introduces the grouting materials, construction technology and quality control. It proves that the construction quality of steel column base can meet the requirements.
