摘要
保证较高强度、较好耐久性的前提下进行超高层建筑混凝土泵送有很大难度。探究了不同粉煤灰与硅灰掺量对超高层高强混凝土耐久性和收缩的影响规律。C100混凝土水胶比较低、密实度较高,因此其抗氯离子渗透性能、抗碳化性能及抗冻融性能较好,其配合比已实际应用于长沙北辰三角洲A1区酒店、写字楼、商业综合体建安工程,泵送高度理论达到300m,泵送时混凝土的工作性良好,泵送过程顺利,浇筑完毕后,混凝土的力学性能和耐久性均达到设计要求。
When constructing a super-high-rise building, preparing high-performance concrete with good durability is a key technique. This paper investigates the impact of fly ash and silica fume on the durability and shrinkage of ultra high performance concrete. C100 concrete has the qualified values of the resistances against chloride diffusion, carbonation and freezing-thawing deterioration due to the high packing density and low water to cement ratio. The C100 concrete has been used to construct the hotel, office building, commercial center etc. in A1 district of Beichen delta. The predicted pumping height can be as high as 300 meters. The pumping processes have been conducted successfully, and the concrete showed good workability. Both the mechanical and durability properties of the concrete achieved the requirement of design.
