Net-beam Floor and Its Application in Some Project

网梁楼盖为箱形截面的密肋楼盖,由预制叠合构件"叠合箱"与后浇肋梁连接形成,在山东地区,网梁楼盖为越来越多地用于解决大跨度、大空间的建筑新技术,具有节约大量的钢材和混凝土、减少模板、方便施工、降低造价、耐火性能好、抗震性能好、整体性好等特点。结合某实际工程,介绍了网梁楼盖构造、技术特点及施工工艺。

The net-beam floor is ribbed floor with box section, which is connected with prefabricate superimposed box and later poured ribbed beams. In Shandong province, the net-beam floor is increasingly used in large-span and large space building as a new technology which can save large quantity of steel, concrete, formwork and the project cost. And the net-beam floor has good property of fire resistance, seismic and integrity. Based on practical projects, the structure, technical features and construction technology of the net-beam floor are introduced.
