摘要
成功大广场项目水上乐园为3层框架结构,混凝土楼板上分布有9个水池,仅首层顶板标高就有8个,对于这样复杂的混凝土结构,采用Revit软件建立三维模型,结合现场实际情况,合理进行流水段划分、优化起重机施工方案,以减少人工倒运费用。另外,通过建立好的模型,进行建筑与结构、土建与机电管线碰撞检查,优化了设计图纸,节省因返工造成的建安成本,保证了工期。从模型快速导出施工中发生的钢筋、混凝土、模板等材料用量,为指导施工、控制材料用量提供了依据。
The Water park of the Chenggong Large Square project is a three-floor frame structure, where distributing nine pools and there are eight elevation values at the first floor. The software Revit is used to build 3D model of the complicated concrete structure. Then reasonable dividing construction section and optimizing cranes scheme are used to save the worker cost. Moreover through the model engineers can detect collision between architecture and structure, civil engineering and electromechanical pipeline to optimize design and save rework cost and ensure construction schedule. The exported material quantities such as steel bars, concrete and formwork can provide preferences for actual construction.
