摘要
2011年全国教师资格政策发生重大变化,我国教师资格考试在一些试点省份进行改革,实行全国统考,全国统考的考试大纲也有所变化。本文通过对比新旧笔试大纲,并以教育心理学大纲为例,梳理出新大纲中教育心理学删减和增加的内容,研究发现新大纲内容有所拓展,注重知识点的融合,题型设置更加灵活,注重实际能力的考查。新旧大纲的对比分析表明,我国教师资格考试改革势在必行。
In 2011, significant changes happened on the national teachers' qualification policy in China. The reform of teachers' qualification examinations has been carried out in some pilot provinces in China, where National Teachers' Qualification Examinations has been implemented. And the outlines of the examinations also changed This paper contrasts the old and the new written examination outlines, taking the outline of educational psychology as an example to find what is deleted and added in the new outline, and concludes the advantages of the new written outline: the contents are richer; the integration of knowledge points is highlighted; questions types are more diversified; and practical ability is highlighted. Through the contrast and analysis, it shows that the reform of teachers'qualification examinations is imperative.
