民族工业遗产的传承与创新——以南通油脂厂景观设计为例

Heritage and Innovation——A Landscape Regeneration Design for Old Oil Factory, Nantong

近年来,人们对工业遗产保护与更新工作的认识愈发深刻。南通油脂厂由民族实业家张謇创建,是我国民族工业的重要组成部分。在厂区工业遗产更新设计中,通过对其历史背景及现存工业遗产的研究,确定景观更新的设计理念。通过景观结构、功能分区、交通系统、植被系统、建筑立面系统的分析,阐明景观更新改造的设计手段。在设计改造的同时,介绍了该区域产业复兴及社会更新的探索实践。通过这些实践,探讨民族工业遗产保护及更新的可行性。

Abstracl： Nowadays, Chinese people are starting to understand the value of industrial heritages. Nantong Oil Factory is all important part of Chinese industrial civilization. The concept of the landscape architecture regeneration is learned from its historical background and the industrial remnant. This paper introduces the specific methods in L.A. structure, functional division, transportation system, plants system and architecture surface system. Meanwhile, this paper introduces the social regeneration practice in this old industrial region. Through these practices, this industrial heritage was well protected and renewed.
