工业遗产保护和再利用的策略与实践——英国城市经验对上海的启示

The Strategies and Practice of Industrial Heritage Conservation and Reuse:References of the British Cities' Experiences for Shanghai

以英国利物浦、曼彻斯特、谢菲尔德等城市的工业遗产保护与再利用为例,从工业遗产价值认知的社会基础、法规的引导与控制、新兴创意产业载体等方面,探讨英国将工业遗产的保护和再利用有机融入城市的更新进程,同时分析了上海在这些方面存在的不足,通过比较,以期为上海工业遗产保护和再利用提供借鉴和启示。

Taking industrial heritage conservation and re-use of Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield in the UK as examples, this paper discusses the means and approaches for organic combination of industrial heritage conservation and re-use with urban regeneration in the UK, from the following aspects such as the social basis of value recognition of re-use, management system, and creative industries. At the same time it also analyzes the deficiencies in these areas of Shanghai. Through comparison these are intended to be references for similar projects in Shanghai.
