城市工业遗产保护策略研究——以英国谢菲尔德市城市文化复兴计划为例

The Research of the Industrial Heritage Protection Strategies under the City Cultural Regeneration Program:The Case of Sheffield City

二战后,英国谢菲尔德市通过合理选择新的主导产业,在以文化为导向的城市复兴计划下,实现了从钢铁制造为中心的工业城市转变为以文化产业为发展动力的城市转型。通过分析工业遗产保护与城市文化复兴计划的关系,从五个方面对该城工业遗产保护与发展策略进行总结,即改造并融入新功能、协调发展整体环境、承载工业文化信息形式的多样化、培养专业技术力量和发展创意产业园区。

After the World War II, Sheffield city was transformed from an industrial city which concentrated on iron and steel manufacturers into a city with cultural industry as the motive force of its development, under the city cultural regeneration program through reasonable selection of their new dominant industries. This article analyzes the relationship between industrial heritage protection and city cultural regeneration program and summarizes the strategies of the city industrial heritage protection and development as five aspects： to reform and integrate new functions, to coordinate and develop overall environment, to carry formal diversification of industrial cultural information, to cultivate professional technical force, and to develop creative cultural industry parks, and so on.
