摘要
按照《水工混凝土结构设计规范》(SL/T 1 91— 96 )关于圆柱的计算理论 ,采用QASIC语言编制偏心受压圆柱配筋实用计算程序 。
According to the circular column calculating theory of 《RC Structure Design Criterion》(GBJI0 89),the writer had coded the reinforcing steel bar calculating program of RC circular column in QBASIC language,which can be consulted by water conservancy engineering technician.
