校企合作下的高职ERP教学模式研究

Study on the ERP Teaching Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着企业信息化的快速发展,ERP在企业中的应用越来越普遍,企业对ERP应用人才的需求也越来越多。目前国内合格的ERP人才呈现"沙漠化",而且大多数集中在软件厂商和服务提供商,企业层面的运用人才非常紧缺,形成产业链发展严重失调。为满足社会的需要,很多高职院校加大了对ERP应用人才的培养,但由于目前高职院校的ERP教学模式还存在不少的问题,致使培养出来的学生无法满足企业需求。笔者作为一名高职院校教授ERP课程的教师,又在ERP软件企业实践6个月,通过研究两者之间的差距,提出了校企合作下的高职ERP教学新模式。

With the rapid development of enterprise informationization, the application of ERP in the enterprise becomes increasingly popular, and more and more ERP application talents are demanded. At present, qualified ERP talents are insufficient. In order to meet the needs of society, many higher vocational colleges focus more on the cultivation of ERP talents, however, the graduated students are unable to meet the needs of society because there exist problems in ERP teaching mode. In this paper, a new ERP teaching mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises was proposed.
