摘要
目的:探讨“321”健康教育模式对化疗期乳腺癌住院患者焦虑及睡眠质量的影响。方法:采用非同期队列对照设计,将2012年5—10月收治的60例化疗期乳腺癌住院患者设为对照组,采用常规健康教育模式;将2012年11月~2013年4月收治的60例化疗期乳腺癌住院患者设为干预组,采用“321”健康教育模式。比较两组患者入院时和出院时的焦虑程度及睡眠质量。结果:出院时干预组SAS量表及PSQI指数评分均显著低于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论:“321”健康教育模式可显著减轻化疗期乳腺癌住院患者的焦虑情绪,提高其睡眠质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of "321" health education model on anxiety and sleep quality of the hospitalized breast cancer patients during chemotherapy. Methods : 60 breast cancer patients with chemotherapy ( admitted from May to Oct. 2012 ) were taken as the control group and the patients in this group were given health education by using conventional model ; other 60 breast cancer patients with chemotherapy ( admitted from Nov. 2012 to Apr. 2013 ) were taken as the intervention group and" 321" health education model was adopted in this group. The degree of anxiety and sleep quality of the patients were compared between the two groups on admission and at discharge respectively. Results : The scores of SAS and PSQI index were significantly lower in the intervention group than the control group at discharge ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:Application of "321" health education model can significantly reduce anxiety of the hospitalized breast cancer patients during chemotherapy and improve their sleep quality.
