摘要
运用文献资料、教学实验和逻辑分析等研究方法对竞技运动体育手段化所产生的心理价值进行了研究。研究认为,竞技运动体育手段化在激发学生体育锻炼的兴趣、纠正学生竞争弱化的心态、培养学生公平竞争的意识、宣泄学生紧张情感的压抑、提高学生承受挫折的能力和开发学生应付万变的智力等方面具有其独特的心理价值,应在教学过程加以开发和利用,以促进高校体育教学的深入改革。
This paper, using the research methods of literature review , experiment and logical analysis , studies the psychological value in the process of sports as means for physical education .The result shows that the psycho-logical value includes stimulating students ’ interest in physical exercise , weakening correcting students ’ competi-tion mentality , cultivating students ’ sense of fair play , giving off students ’ nervous emotional repression , impro-ving students ’ capability of bearing frustrations and developing students ’ intelligence in various environments . Therefore, it should be developed and used in the teaching process .
