摘要
本文从篮球训练后的疲劳恢复角度入手,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法、对比分析法,采用心理学手段对篮球运动员运动后的疲劳进行恢复,并运用实验对其效果进行验证,得出在篮球运动员疲劳恢复阶段,适当加入自我暗示有利于篮球运动员的疲劳恢复。
From the angle of fatigue recovery after basketball training , through using the method of literature re-view, expert interview, experiment and comparative analysis , this paper analyzes the recovery of basketball play-ers fatigue by means of psychology , and verifies its effectiveness experiment .The result shows that during the bas-ketball players recovery , the introduction of self -suggestion is benefit to players ’ fatigue recovery .
