China’s traditional folk sports is colorful , the traditional folk sports is introduced school physical edu-cation has a strong feasibility and significance .In response to the call of sunshine sports , in line with the new physical education curriculum standards needs , further expand people -oriented educational goals , enhance students’ interest in learning and initiative , inheritance, carry forward an important way of traditional Chinese culture.
