摘要
为了全面了解欧洲国家供电可靠性管理水平,借鉴国际先进同行在供电可靠性管理方面的先进经验和做法,开展了英国、法国和德国供电可靠性管理调研工作,对这三个国家的供电可靠性及相关技术管理进行介绍,根据调研结果进行总结,提出国内开展低压用户供电可靠性管理的建议。
For entirely understanding management level of power supply reliability in European countries,taking advanced experiences and doings of management on power supply reliability used by international advanced professions as examples, this paper introduces development of investigation on management for power supply reliability in Britain,France and German.Meanwhile,it introduces power supply reliability and related technological management in these three countries.According to investigation results,it summarizes and proposes to develop management on power supply reliability of low voltage customers in domestic.
