摘要
以新建北京至石家庄客运专线石家庄新客站为例,针对供配电系统的可靠性,对大型铁路客站的负荷特征、外部电源选择、备用电源设置、系统主接线方案、SCADA系统的监控范围、通信信号等特别重要负荷的供电方式等问题进行分析。分析研究表明:现行TB 10008-2006《铁路电力设计规范》中的负荷分级、一级负荷的供电方式、特大型客站第三路电源的要求等内容与大型铁路客站的重要性和可靠性要求已经不相适应,笔者对其相关内容提出了修改意见加以完善。铁路通信、信号等特别重要负荷的可靠性与高速铁路的安全运营直接相关,其应急电源选择,铁路贯通自闭线路电源与自备柴油发电机相比较仍然具有明显优势,在条件允许的情况下应当优先使用贯通自闭线路电源,以确保其严格的可靠性要求。
In order to illustrate the reliability of power supply and distribution system,the paper analyzes the load charac-teristic of large railway station,the external power supply selection,the backup power settings,the system main connec-tion scheme,the monitoring area of the SCADA system and the power supply method for communication signal.The new Shijiazhuang Railway Station,a station for the new passenger line from Beijing to Shijiazhuang,is given as an example in this paper.The analysis result shows that:the TB10008 -2006 <Railway electric power design specification >load classification,first class load power supply,large third-way power passenger stations and other content requirements are not suitable for the large railway station,especially in the importance and reliability.The paper presents a revised and improved view.The important load such as railway communication or signal is directly related to the safe operation of high-speed train.The railway line through automatic blocking circuit power has obvious advantages to the self-power diesel generator.In normal condition,the automatic blocking circuit power should be chosen preferentially to match the highly reliable requirement.
