社区卫生服务中心科技兴院模式的建立与初步绩效分析

Establishment of the mode of science and technology revitalizing the community health service center and analysis of its initial impacts

目的:通过对比两个不同时间段社区卫生服务中心综合竞争力的变化,分析新"科技兴院"模式的绩效。方法:对2006年至2008年和2010年至2012年医院医疗、人力资源、科技、综合效益与影响力的数据进行对比分析。结果:无论在综合效益、医疗服务、人才建设、科研业绩与综合影响等方面,2010年至2012年明显优于2006年至2008年。结论:2010年实施的"科技兴院"新模式对社区卫生服务中心可持续发展有明显作用。

Objective： By comparing the changes of overall competitiveness of the center between 2006-2008 and 2010-2012 to analyze the impacts of the new mode of“science and technology revitalizing the center”. Methods：Data of medical service, human resources, science and technology, comprehensive beneifts and inlfuence of the center between 2006-2008 and 2010-2012 were comparatively analyzed. Results： The comprehensive benefits, medical services, personnel development, scientiifc research results, the combined effect and other aspects were all signiifcantly better in 2010-2012 than in 2006-2008. Conclusion：The implementation of the new model of“science and technology revitalizing the center”has played an obvious role in sustainable development of community health service centers since 2010.
