摘要
校企合作办学模式是高等职业院校一个重要的办学模式,文章根据校企合作办学实践现状分析,并对国外一些代表性的校企联合办学模式进行介绍,旨在探索创新烹饪专业校企合作办学模式,实现长期而有效的规模化合作办学,形成共赢的良好局面。
School-enterprise cooperation is an important form of school running in higher vocational education. This paper analyzes the situation of school-enterprise cooperation,and introduces the typical modes of enter-prise-and-school joint running at abroad,aiming to explore an innovative mode of school-enterprise cooperation for culinary students which will achieve long-term and effective large-scale cooperative education on a win-win basis.
