摘要
烹饪是一门技艺性学科,它既是一种艺术又是一项技术。在学习过程中,学生要有极大的热情和毅力,并能坚持长期的、反复的刻苦练习。因此,要想让学生学有所成,首要任务是培养学生的学习兴趣,让他们主动学习。文章根据工作经验和实践,提出了6条在烹饪专业教学中培养学生兴趣的方法。
Cooking is both an art and a skill,and the students of cuisine are required to be enthusiastic of and persistent in long-term repetitive practice to achieve proficiency. The first priority for a cuisine teacher is to stimulate the students' interest so that they will be active learners. This paper proposes six methods in this re-spect based on experience and practice.
