摘要
建设一支规模适当、结构合理的高水平专职科研队伍是研究型大学开展知识技术创新、服务经济社会、实现学校长足发展的重要举措。国内研究型大学的专职科研队伍还处于建设初期,研究其建设机制具有重要的实际应用价值与理论指导意义。根据研究型大学的使命,分析国内研究型大学建设高水平专职科研队伍的必要性、现状和面临的问题,并结合浙江大学近两年的实践,从岗位定位、考核评价、聘用经费筹集、与博士后队伍的一体化等方面研究专职科研队伍构建策略与机制。
The construction of a high level full time research staff team is significant for research oriented universities to serve the state technology innovation and local economic and society .Full-time research staff is a new concept for domestic universities and is still at the primary state of development .Research on the construction mechanism of the team has im-portant application value and theoretical significance .According to the mission of research oriented universities ,analyze the necessity and practicability of the team in domestic research oriented universities .Based on the practice on the develop-ment of the team in Zhejiang University ,then present the construction mechanism and policies of the team ,including the evaluation system ,the raising of the appointment fund ,and the integration mechanism of the team and the postdoctoral re-search fellow team ,etc .
