摘要
针对大庆油田长期注水开发层间及层段内吸水矛盾问题,为提高高渗透层封堵效果,研制CYY-Ⅱ凝胶型调剖剂体系;为评价聚合物、交联剂、稳定剂和调节剂对调剖剂强度的影响,进行全因子实验,在筛选因素水平范围内分析凝胶强度的强影响因素及因素间的交互作用,建立回归方程,优化高强度凝胶配方并对配方进行岩心封堵实验。结果表明:优化筛选得到的最佳配方对渗透率为(650-2015)×10^-3μm。岩心的封堵率超过99%,配方现场应用207井次,连通油井取得较好的增油降水效果。
The long-term waterflood development made the absorbent contradiction between layers and in layer of Daqing oilfield increasingly prominent,in order to improve the sealing effect of the high permeability layer,CYY-Ⅱgel profile control agent system was developed.Full factorial experimental design and analysis to evaluate polymer crosslinker stabilizer and regulator reversed the strength of the profile control agent was conducted.All aspects of the analysis within the factor levels was conducted,the interactions between the factors and the factors strongly affect the gel strength was identified,the regression equation was established and the highest intensity gel formula was optimized.Core evaluation experiment was conducted by the best formula,the result show that average blocking rate more than 99%to the core of permeability(650~2 015)×10-3μm2,field application 207wells,good effects of oil increasing and water decreasing was achieved.
