华蟾素注射液在食管癌患者中的应用效果及对血清相关指标的影响

Effect of cinobufacini injection on esophageal cancer and its influence on serum related indexes of the disease

目的:分析华蟾素注射液在食管癌患者中的应用效果及对血清相关指标的影响。方法:选取本院收治的90例食管癌患者为研究对象,将90例食管癌患者随机分为对照组(常规食管癌化疗组)45例和观察组(常规化疗加华蟾素注射液组)45例,然后将两组治疗前后的血清肿瘤标志物水平及其他血清疾病相关指标进行比较。结果:观察组治疗1、2、3个疗程后的血清肿瘤标志物水平及其他血清疾病相关指标均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:华蟾素注射液在食管癌患者中的应用效果较好,且可有效地控制血清相关指标。

Objective： To investigate and analyze the effect of cinobufacini injection on esophageal cancer and its influence on serum related indexes of the disease. Methods.90 patients with esophageal cancer treated in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into control group（conventional chemotherapy of esophageal cancer group, n= 45 cases） and observation group（conventional chemotherapy and cinob- ufacini injection group, n=45 cases） ,then the serum tumor markers levels and other serum disease related indexes of two groups hefore and after the treatment were analyzed and compared. Results. Levels of serum tumor markers of the observation group and other serum disease related indexes of observation group at first, second and third treatment course after the treatment were all lower than those of control group （P all〈0.05）. Conclusion：Cinobufacini injection shows great effects on esophageal cancer, it may help to control serum related indexes of the disease.
