高尿酸血症与代谢综合征各组分及血小板活化功能的相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨高尿酸血症与代谢综合征各组分及血小板活化功能的相关性。方法:选择126例高尿酸血症患者及本院尿酸正常的健康体检者40例,测定两组体重指数(BMI)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(PBG)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血尿酸(UA)、血小板活化功能(PAC-1、CD62P)。结果:与尿酸正常的健康体检者相比,高尿酸血症组的BMI、PBG、TG、TC、LDL-C、PAC-1、CD62P明显升高,以高尿酸血症组的UA为因变量进行多元回归分析,患者的UA与TG、TC、LDL-C、CD62P有相关性。偏相关分析,UA与CD62P独立相关。结论:高尿酸血症与脂代谢异常、CD62P的关系密切。 Objective: To explore the correlation of platelet activation (platelet activation, PAC), metablic syndrome (MS) and its related diseases with hyperuricemia. Methods. A total of 126 cases of hyperuricemia and 40 healthy persons were selected. Blood glucose (PBG, FBG), creatinin (Cr), cholesterol (CHO), triglyceride(TG), systolic and diastolic blood pressure (SBP, DBP), body mass index(BMI), platelet activation(PAC-1, CD62P), and uric acid (UA) were measured. Results: Compared with the normal control, BMI, PBG, TG, TC, LDL-C, PAC-1, CD62P in hyperuricemia group was significantly higher. UA were related with UA ,TG, TC, LDL-C, and CD62P. According to partial correlation analysis, UA was independently associated with CD62P. Conclusion: Hyperuricemia is closely related to dyslipidemia and CD62P.
